Yes. Most clients stay active throughout their sessions with us. We'll let you know if anything needs to be modified short-term as your body adjusts.
Sessions can feel intense in the moment, especially around areas holding a lot of tension, but they shouldn't be unbearable. We work within your comfort level and communicate throughout.
Expect hands-on bodywork combined with movement assessment. Afterward, it's common to feel looser and lighter, sometimes a little sore as your body adjusts to new ranges of motion.
We currently don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement, depending on your plan.
